Since 1919, Woodlake has always been about the next generation.
Hundreds of people have given their lives to Jesus in the last several years. An increasing number of families are prioritizing spiritual growth by attending bible studies and prayer meetings. Youth and kids discipleship are in high demand. There is a compelling need to FOCUS on the future of Woodlake!
With a renewed FOCUS on the the Great Commission, the Next Generation, Discipleship, and Legacy, and it’s time to enlarge the Bixby location. This expansion will include dedicated Youth space, improved Kids areas, multipurpose spaces, additional parking and more. With God’s help and your generosity, we can create the ideal place for people to experience God and find family.

New youth auditorium will give our students a space where they can Experience God.
New large lobby and outdoor spaces will allow our students to Find Family through small groups.
Expanded Kids Ministry areas will allow us to reach more kids and families with the gospel in safe, comfortable environments.
Additional parking spaces will make room for more families to attend services, classes, and studies where they can grow in their faith and in relationships.
Existing Gathering Space will be able to be utilized for more discipleship opportunities on Sundays and Wednesday nights.
Reconfiguring of Auditorium will allow for additional seats in all adult services.

This project will reconfigure some of the parking lot to make way for 150 additional spaces!

While creating more space in Woodlake Kids, the parking lot, and auditorium, there will continue to be three Sunday services in addition to regular Wednesday night services.

While the team will work to have minimal disruptions to weekly ministries, there will be some weeks that are busier than others. This could mean adjustments to traffic flow and building use, but cancelations are not anticipated. All changes will be communicated in advance in an effort to keep you informed.

Construction timelines can fluctuate for many reasons! This project is anticipated to be an 18 month project. The priority is to build this new space for cash, so progress will be made at the rate that the financial resources become available.

Every member of the Woodlake family is encouraged to pray, serve, and give. Prayers over this project will be the biggest key to its success. After praying, if everyone practices radical generosity, gives sacrificially, and serves regularly, this project will come to completion!

Focus will be a two year commitment. Commitments will begin in May of 2025 and will end in April of 2027. This also means that giving will take place over three different tax years.
